I believe in a person’s ability to grow and change

Now is not the time to think about what you don’t have. Think about what you can do with what you have.

Ernest Hemingway

I believe in a person’s ability to grow and change, even when life feels confusing or painful. Many people come to me carrying shame, anxiety, or experiences they’ve never said out loud, and my role is to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can finally explore what feels heavy. I help you make sense of your emotions, recognise patterns that cause unnecessary suffering, and discover new ways of caring for yourself with compassion.

My approach is warm, reflective, and grounded in understanding the deeper stories that shape how we feel and relate to others. I’ve worked across different countries and settings, supporting adults through trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Clients often describe me as steady, thoughtful, and genuinely present.

Outside of my work, literature and photography inspire me — both remind me of how many ways there are to see a person’s inner world.
